This class is open to players 3.5 Men and 4.0 Women and above. All players have dependable strokes with directional control, court awareness, and utilizes strategy & tactics.
Drills consist of point play in a doubles format at a very fast pace. Point play is set up as offensive or defensive advantage then play begins. Players will be practicing volleys, groundstrokes (forehands & backhands), overheads, and approach shots while getting a great cardio workout.
