High School Match Play Camp

High School Competitive Match Play Camp! The course is designed for high school players looking to improve on strategy and tactics, as well as mental toughness during match play. Pros will be coaching players while they are competing in match play. How a player reacts in match play is extremely important to their overall development as a competitor. Our goal is to improve every players critical thinking, playing under pressure, situational awareness, and change during match play. Come challenge yourself and join the FUN of the pressure cooker.

Cancellation policy

Tennis Classes/Programs/Camps

We accept registrations/enrollments up to 24hours before classes provided openings exist. Less than a day, directly contact Head Pro Kaleen Worley at 503-701-4408. A payment is required by VISA or MasterCard when you register online and will be charged in US Funds.

Client Cancellation Policy

What is your Refund Policy? All our classes have limited spaces to ensure a quality learning experience. All spaces in the program allow us to fulfill the commitments to our instructors, vendors, and facilities we utilize. We cannot credit, refund, or pro-rate classes or passes for scheduled absences, no-shows or days missed due to illness or injury. All our cancellation guidelines and policies are based on our duty to these needs and obligations.

Class/Program/Camp Cancellation Policy

• Program Cancellation 1 Month before: 65% of fees is refundable.
• Program Cancellation 2 Weeks before: 35% of fees is refundable.
• Program Cancellation 1 Week before: no fees is refundable.
• All refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Passes expire after 6 months, NO EXCEPTIONS. Policy for missed classes: 24 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED for missed lessons or it is considered a No Call/No show and NO REFUND.
• No substitutions of players for classes/programs. The client enrolled must be the one that attends. NO EXCEPTIONS!

K-Lean’s Cancellation Policy

• If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel before the start of a program session due to weather, AQI, health orders or civic mandates you receive a 100% credit for another class/program/camp in the next 12 months.
• If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel before the start of a class/program/camp session for any reason NOT due to weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates you receive a 100% refund paid to the original payment method or as a credit for the exact class/program in the next 12 months.
• If K-Lean’s Tennis must cancel after the start of a class/program/camp session for any reason other than weather, AQI, health orders, or civic mandates you receive a prorated refund or as a credit for the exact class/program in the next 12 months.
• Parent, guardian, and client waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any class/program/camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration/enrollment fees.

Program/Camp Changes / Change Requests must be received in writing (via email)

• Change requests must be made at least 30 days prior to your original program’s/camp's start date.
• Changes to a program/camp will incur a $58 Administrative change fee (ie: switching weeks).
• Changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation What if I need to cancel due to COVID-19?

After careful review of current Covid exposure rates, as of February 1, 2023 all classes/program/camp cancellations will follow current policy for that program. Please review carefully the refund policy above.
